Erik Chambers

Prior to starting Florida Shelter Roofing in 2018, Erik has spent 24+ year in the roofing industry. His experience began with sweeping the floors and loading trucks at his fathers’ roofing company back in Memphis, TN, all the way to running companies as the General Manager. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and attending the USF football games with his friends.

History

Florida Shelter Roofing was started out of a compilation of a few things.

Erik has been in roofing his entire adult life, he wanted to round out his experience by working for small and large contractors so, after 24 years of literally learning the business from the ground up he decided it was time to start his own company. The company’s knowledge base spans a wide variety of roof products, including: TPO,PVC, Modified, Built Up Roofs, Tile, Standing Seam Metal, Slate, Wood Shakes, Wood Shingles, Asphalt Shingles, and Coatings.
